Bathrooms: Total of 4 bathrooms:  One bathroom per bedroom

Villa Quercia is an original tobacco tower which has been restored giving a lot of attention to detail.  On all floors lovely terracotta tiles have been used and all rooms have been restored using the original method of chestnut beams and tiles.  There are 4 bedrooms and 4 lovely bathrooms with very good sanitary wear, one bathroom per bedroom is perfect so you are not on top of one another . The property is very spacious and lends itself ideally to family and friends wanting to spend time together yet also at times apart as there are several seating areas both in and out.  The pool is superb, above average size 16m x 6m, saline and also heated. And should you get bored lounging by the pool there is a ping pong table on one of the terraces.  Should you wish to see the sights then Cortona, Citta' di Castello, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi and many more fantastic  places are just around the corner.
